CARES Act - The final bill passes

The final CARES Act was signed by the President last Friday. As you know, the Act includes emergency small business loans known as the Paycheck Protection Program.  These potentially forgivable loans are a boon to small businesses.  The details are too numerous for us to outline here, so please PLEASE click here for a great outline from the US Chamber of Commerce.  This is one link you don't want to skip!

In a correction to our email of last week, the forgiven portion of the Paycheck Protection Program loans will NOT be included in taxable income.
